In my experience over the years of working with men, I have found that ‘generally’ speaking your body needs more mobility rather than strength. We of course need the balance of both, however male exercise has often focussed on strength – perhaps more a societal norm. The fitness industry is getting better with more emphasis on mobility/flexibility, which always gets a tick from me.
