Pilates for Men

In my experience over the years of working with men, I have found that ‘generally’ speaking your body needs more mobility rather than strength. We of course need the balance of both, however male exercise has often focussed on strength – perhaps more a societal norm. The fitness industry is getting better with more emphasis on mobility/flexibility, which always gets a tick from me. Pilates for Men section was developed because of this need to bring mobility to men in a comprehensible and easily accessible way. In addition, attending a Pilates class with women can be intimidating and this is why On Demand is perfect for men who want access a Pilates class in the comfort of your own home.



I have recorded short videos aimed at specific muscle groups or areas of the body in which I believe men could benefit from.


I also believe by working on specific areas such as chest, glutes, hamstrings, hips, thoracic spine, abdominals your body will become more aligned and in turn you will suffer from less pain, aches and injuries.


I want to enable you to have postural and movement ease and therefore better daily function. I want this to be a preventative service as I often see men at the point of surgery.
