Apologies I forgot to do the hip flexor stretch of pulling the heel towards your bottom on the left side. Please note this and pause the video if necessary after the side stretch to allow you time to stretch the front of the leg more.

You can try to spikey ball your thighs and then see how it is pulling your foot to yourself bum. You can also try the stretch in standing so that your knee isn’t fixated. Hope that helps. Well done.
I found the flexor stretch pulling the heel to bottom quite difficult, particularly on the right leg which I know is stronger than the left. Will keep practising!
