​I am committed to ensuring that the personal data of my clients is protected and will only be used for my teaching purposes. Data in the form of emails is used to communicate with you about my classes, which is via a secure password protected email site. Data held via my enrolment forms concerning your health is strictly confidential and stored in a secure cabinet or password protected email site or computer. I also keep notes of exercises I teach you on exercise sheets, which is used to give you the best possible service. I do not share or sell any of this information. I am required by law to hold your enrolment forms and exercise sheets for up to 7 years.
